I love that I actually used some of the tips in the book in preparing for walks which I started recently ; knowing what kind of clothing and walking shoes to get , what to use in monitoring my progress and specific exercises that helped me warm up and cool down was a bonus.
I am getting more out of my walks as a result of reading this book. I happily recommend it to beginners as well as established walkers. There’s something for everyone in the book.
