Informed by my Oncologist of the importance of Walking and Intermittent Fasting, I found an excellent book on Walking by HealthFit Publishing. They have now published a book on Intermittent Fasting for Women so I immediately got a copy.
This was a very insightful and easy read. Loosing a few pounds is always nice but what I am most interested in is creating a sustainable, healthier lifestyle change.
This book will provide you with advice on:
* How to loose weight safely and consistently
* How intermittent fasting works and affects key hormones
* Advice on how to get started and stay on course
What I enjoyed the most was the section on how to combine intermittent fasting and exercise (especially walking).
Incorporating Walking, Exercise and Intermittent Fasting in my life will get me to my ultimate goal – Live a sustainable happier and healthier life.
