Two ‘hot’ health and fitness-related topics that compliment one another so nicely. Both books are very easy to read and understand, and the content is super valuable. The Walking book inspired me to incorporate a morning walk in my daily routine, which has helped me tremendously both physically and mentally – I have much more energy throughout the day and I just feel happier! The Intermittent Fasting book, on the other hand, has answered all of my questions around the topic and has helped me choose a plan that’s right for my body.
